Luckily, in the digital world most businesses will not have to suffer physical abuse, but this offline example goes to show you that while the customer is not always right, they are still the customer; however, certain customers are just not worth your time, money or personal safety. There is a limit and businesses should feel comfortable setting that limit and training employees to know when the limit has been crossed. This is an important message especially for small business owners who will sometimes go overboard to please the customer just to keep the business. There are customers and then there are idiots and amazingly this line gets blurred on a daily basis.
